Sardinian organic wheat, bread and pasta
The Cooperative producers grow Sardinian organic wheat thanks to natural substances only, as recommended by EU rules, which guarantee and certify organic production. Wheat harvest and drying, as well as its processing, are made keeping its nutritional values unchanged. White pasta, whole wheat semolina pasta, fresh bread, pane guttiau and pane carasau are produced in keeping with tradition and craftsmanship.
